「 终
白色的于腮是时间绵密的爬行
(at last)
white floss
vermiculation
of close-grained
time 」
This is the first visual poem I worked on in the project. The photograph by Daqu is a processed image of the crawling traces of an insect on a car hood.
I think of traces records of time; reminders of absence and bygones, so I carefully arranged each word/character along these 'white floss'. To me, the shape of the poem speaks as much as the words, and I find fulfillment in such harmony of meaning & form.
